As a municipal entity, CTICC complies with the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (MFMA). The purpose of a supply chain management system is to give effect to the provisions of the Constitution (fair, transparent, equitable, competitive and cost effective) and the MFMA, ensuring sound, sustainable and accountable practises that promotes black economic empowerment and local economic development, encouraging SMME’s and joint venture partnerships.

Supply Chain Management Policy

A municipal entity, CTICC complies with the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (MFMA). As promulgated by the Supply Chain Regulations, each municipality entity should keep a list of accredited prospective providers of goods and services that must be used for the procurement requirements of the entity. The centre has its own supplier database and we encourage our current suppliers/services providers to register themselves on it.

Registration can take place by downloading the supplier application form or collecting it from our reception desk situated at Convention Square, 1 Lower Long Street, Cape Town.
